I am a REALTOR®, change management professional, and former operations executive with a background in business growth, process improvement, leadership, and community building.

My career has included work in energy construction, operational leadership, large scale process improvement, and collaboration across business and public stakeholders. Today, my primary focus is real estate, alongside professional coaching and advisory work grounded in change, systems, and execution.

Professional Background

My professional experience has centered on leadership, operational improvement, and navigating complexity in environments where performance, coordination, and accountability matter.

As Vice President of a growing energy construction company, I took an active role in designing and implementing process improvement initiatives, supporting collaboration across stakeholders, and introducing change management thinking into environments where leadership and safety culture had a direct impact on outcomes.

I am certified in Change Management through PROSCI Canada and Lean Six Sigma through the UBC Sauder School of Business. Those disciplines align closely with how I naturally think and work: connecting people, systems, data, communication, and execution to create stronger outcomes.

Coaching and Advisory

My coaching and advisory work is focused on professional change management, individual and organizational transition, and Lean Six Sigma process thinking.

I work best with leaders, teams, and organizations navigating growth, disruption, operational friction, or change that requires both structure and follow-through.

What draws me most to this work is that it sits at the intersection of the human and the technical. I enjoy the strategy, policy, systems, and design side of complex environments, while also understanding that successful change depends on communication, trust, alignment, and people’s ability to move through uncertainty.

Community and Leadership

Community has always been an important part of my life and work.

Over the years, I have led and supported initiatives that brought people together, raised awareness for meaningful causes, and created connection during times when people needed it most. That work has included public events, local initiatives, and leadership grounded in service, action, and care.

Current Focus

Today, I am focused on building my real estate practice, continuing my professional advisory work, and serving as the Founding Director of a forthcoming foundation initiative. Further details on that work will be released in due course.
