Hi, I'm Carly.

REALTOR®, change coach, founder, and mom in the Fraser Valley.

My path

I've spent my career in rooms where big things had to go right. In my 20s that meant project and event management, including a hand in the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. In my 30s it meant energy and construction, where I became Vice President of a growing line-construction company. There I led process improvement and introduced change management into a culture where safety and leadership had real consequences.

Along the way I earned Prosci® change management certification and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt through the UBC Sauder School of Business.

Why real estate

I got my real estate licence in 2026 because I kept seeing the same thing: families making the biggest financial decision of their lives with the least structure. I bring what I know about construction, development policy and finance back to the people it affects most. I don't cold-call or door-knock. I'd rather teach a workshop, read the planning report, and be useful.

Why coaching

The tools that help organizations through change work just as well on a kitchen table. I coach women through business, family, habits, money mindset and the decisions that keep them up at night.

Community

I'm the founder of Nova Foundation, a BC nonprofit focused on housing, emotional regulation and family systems. I also lead the independent Rosemary Heights Community Listening Project.
