Older homes and renovation

My construction background means I look at scope, systems and suite potential before you buy, and I'll tell you when a house needs an inspector or contractor I can't replace.

Downsizing, a new chapter, a change in household, or a first home on your own. You set the pace, and I bring structure to a decision that can feel heavy.

  1. A first conversation. 20 to 30 minutes, no obligation. What's changing, what matters most, and your timeline.
  2. Your plan on one page. Numbers, options, and the decisions you can undo versus the few you can't.
  3. Execution. Showings or listing prep, offers, negotiation and conditions, with updates in writing.
  4. After the keys. Trades, programs and next steps, because a home is a project, not a transaction.
